I agree to follow all studio rules, respect instructors and other clients, and use the facilities responsibly. HEAT Lagos reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access in case of misuse, disruptive behavior, or violation of these terms.
I consent to receive essential communications related to my bookings, account, and memberships. I understand that marketing communication is optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
I acknowledge that schedules, instructors, and services may change, and that it is my responsibility to stay informed through official channels.

Terms and conditions for purchases
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in classes at HEAT Lagos, including training in a heated environment (approx. 32°C). I understand that all exercise carries a risk of injury and that I participate at my own risk.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional if needed and to inform the instructor of any injuries, conditions, or limitations before class. I agree to follow all instructions and to stop immediately if I feel unwell.
I accept full responsibility for my health, hydration, and safety during all sessions. HEAT Lagos and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation.
I agree to the studio's booking, cancellation, and payment policies. All purchases are final unless stated otherwise.
